MJ's Trial Update...

As we all know Murray argument is that he left the bedroom for a short time, came back in and saw Michael with his eyes wide open and pupils dilated.

The defense position says Jackson woke up when Murray was out of the room, became frustrated he couldn't sleep, grabbed the Propofol bottle and "pushed it" administrating himself.

If a jury believes Jackson's eyes were open, they could also believe Jackson was awake and, perhaps, capable of grabbing the Propofol bottle which was on the nightstand.


I NOT EVEN GONNA SAY MORE,YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!

As we all know yesterday tooked place the trial for Michael Jackson Case. Now Dr. Conrad Murray has made it clear that .he will not take a plea bargain in the death of Michael Jackson. He is extremely relieved Judge Michael Pastor did not yank his California medical license yesterday. Nevertheless, he realizes it's all but inevitable all three medical boards will go after his license.

My oppinion:
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH CALIFORNIA COURTS???
Randy said on his twitter yesterday and I quote:
"The court informed us there's nothing they could do."

Come on!!! like I have said before >>When he became Mj's doctor and started administrating PROPOFOL he knew is was illegal doing it outside a hospital and dangerous and still he did it, WHERE ARE HIS ETHICS AS A DOCTOR, he made a choice now HE HAS TO PAY THE CONSECUENCES which equals MJ's death!!!<<
